Every carpenter, electrician, doctor, dentist… you get my point… needs the appropriate tools. We’ve been compiling a list of resources that we use, and more than use, find life-changing. As we mature, we learn that time is valuable and these tools have been crucial on giving us back the time we yearn for. Go ahead and check them out. Living abroad we needed to find an easy way of transferring money from our US account to our Italian account. And that’s what we’ve found with Wise. Fast and easy to use. Monday.com

I’ve used a number of project management tools, and they each of something special to offer. In summer of 2017 I started using monday.com to track details on our auction properties. ConvertKit

Another tool I’ve recently adopted is the all-powerful ConvertKit.  Seriously, I think it does everything you would ever need.  Well regarding email marketing anyway. All of my opt-in’s and landing pages are channeled through ConvertKit. Which has grown my email community exponentially.  Again it comes with a two week trial.
